The Passages Collection of Scattering Tubes is designed and engineered to simplify the scattering process. The tubes are durable, dignified and simple to use. Each features a convenient removable lid and an industry-first, perforated “push in” tab that opens easily prior to scattering. They are primarily produced from recycled content, contain no metal or plastic components and can be recycled or composted after use.
The Scattering Tubes are currently available in two designs for pets. The “Pet” themed designs include three sizes of dog tube, each featuring appropriate size dog breeds and the one size of cat tube. Passages also offers the popular Rainbow Pond design in three sizes for pets. Late in 2011, Passages will also be introducing the Ocean Sunset tubes in three convenient pet sizes.
The pet Scattering Tubes have become popular with pet crematories and vets, many of whom are making the pet tubes their minimum returns container instead of the plastic box and metal tin. Suitable for “in-cabin” airline transportation. If multiple family members wish to participate in the scattering ceremony, even in multiple locations, the cremated remains can be split and placed into multiple tubes to allow for that option.
